CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

Hereby I (hereinafter referred to as the "Client"), in accordance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation, Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ dated 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data" for the purpose of receiving services on money transfers through the use of the "IDpay 2.0" service (hereinafter "Service") on the terms and conditions of the Service Offer posted on the website https://id-pay.ru/offer/, as well as in the mobile application of the Service (hereinafter "Offer"), give consent to General Payment Technologies Limited Liability Company (GPT LLC), INN 9703011965, OGRN 1207700150173, location: 123112, Moscow, Presnenskaya Naberezhnaya 12, floor/office 33/33 (hereinafter also referred to as the "Operator") to process any of my personal data that may become known to the Operator in connection with the fulfillment of obligations under the Offer, including, but not limited to, the following information (if provided by me):

  • Surname, first name, patronymic;
  • Citizenship;
  • Registered residence address and actual residence address;
  • Date and place of birth;
  • Sex;
  • Data of the identity document (passport), including passport number, issuing authority, date and place of issue, address of registration at the place of residence, and code of the unit that issued the passport;
  • A document confirming registration in the individual (personified) accounting system (including SNILS);
  • Marital status, property status;
  • Education, occupation details;
  • Income and expenses data;
  • Number of the insured person's compulsory health insurance policy;
  • Data of the migration card and the document confirming the foreign citizen's right to stay (residence) in the Russian Federation;
  • Taxpayer identification number (TIN);
  • TIN (for Clients and Counterparties from the Republic of Armenia);
  • e-mail;
  • Client's phone number;
  • Photo of the identity document (passport);
  • Payer's Identification Number (PIN; for Clients and Counterparties from the Republic of Belarus);
  • Other information provided by the Client to the Operator in applications, letters, questionnaires, agreements and other documents.

This Consent is granted to perform any actions (operations) or a set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation means with personal data, including collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer, including cross-border (provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data, including those in the Operator's information systems.

I also give my consent to the Operator to entrust Limited Liability Company "Sistemy Upravleniya Identifikatsiey" (OOO "SUI") INN 7709982222 OGRN 5167746401488, location: 107031, Moscow, intracity territory Meshchanskiy municipal district, ul. Kuznetsky Most 21/5, in order to process the Client's requests for the purposes of technical support, necessary to provide the Client with money transfer services through the use of the Service under the terms of the Offer, processing of the following personal data of mine:

  • Date of birth;
  • Client's phone number.

The Operator shall take all necessary measures to ensure the secure storage of personal data provided by the Client for the duration of the Client's use of the Service.

The processing of personal data shall cease upon achieving the purposes of data processing and the termination of the contractual relationship between the Client and the Operator.

I confirm that I am familiarized with the procedure for withdrawal of consent to personal data processing by sending a written application to the Operator at the address: 123112, Russian Federation, Moscow, Presnenskaya Naberezhnaya 12, floor/office 33/33. Upon receipt of withdrawal of consent, the Operator stops processing of the personal data and destroys the personal data within the period stipulated for by the Federal Law of the Russian Federation dated July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data", except for cases when processing of the personal data is necessary in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
